About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports restaurant operations at an Applebee’s location, helping maintain operational standards, deliver a positive guest experience, supervise and develop staff, and support financial performance. The role includes leading day-to-day team activities, managing schedules, assisting with inventory and cost control, and serving as a contact for staff, vendors, and internal teams. Requirements

1–2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
Strong personal and professional integrity.
Ability to handle confidential information and issues with discretion and good judgment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and solve problems on the go.
Passion for hospitality, food service, and interacting with guests.
Willingness to be hands-on when needed.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, from counter height to shoulder height, across the restaurant.
