About The Position
LendNation is hiring a full-time, entry-level Retail Sales Assistant Manager for Branch 0772 at 2311 Overland Ave., Burley, Idaho 83318. The role is suited to an energetic, positive team player with a mature work ethic, integrity, an achievement-oriented personality, and exceptional customer service skills. The position requires availability Monday through Saturday, including weekends and rotating shifts, and offers steady hours and a monthly bonus program. QCHI (LendNation) provides consumer financial services through branch locations and online. Its services include short-term loans, check cashing, money transfer services, and bill payment. QCHI is headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, and has approximately 700 employees across the United States.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Cash-handling ability.
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment is preferred.
- Safe, secure, and reliable transportation; a valid state-issued driver's license; and maintained auto insurance.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
- Must be available Monday through Saturday, including weekends and rotating shifts.
