About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers for its franchise stores in Austin. The role offers paid training and mentorship for a career in the pizza industry, with opportunities to advance to Co-Manager, Co-GM, and GM. Full-time positions are available, with overtime. Candidates must be able to work weekends and be available for shifts the store needs, especially evenings and weekends. Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour, with performance-based bonuses of up to $1,000 per month. Cash and credit card tips are paid at the end of every shift.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Have a current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
Pass a motor vehicle record check, with no more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle capable of frequent short trips, with current registration.
Provide proof of current liability auto insurance listing the applicant as an insured driver.
Pass a criminal background check.
Be able to repeatedly lift and carry 25–50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, work in varying weather, bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Have basic math skills for cash handling.
Be able to read maps or use GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
Be proficient with a smartphone for navigation and order apps.
Have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for needed shifts, especially evenings and weekends.
Be able to work weekends.
