About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. This hands-on, hourly role actively participates in front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team. The position is with Sizzling Platter LLC at Wingstop in Hickory, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
Deliver and model exceptional guest service, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Step into front-of-house and back-of-house operational roles as needed to support the team.
Help drive team performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
