About The Position
The Assistant Manager leads a team of four or five employees trained in confined-space work and performs bin cleaning and product-transfer duties using vacuum systems and other cleaning devices in agricultural environments. The role involves entering bins through the side or top, scraping bin walls and bottoms, and moving product from one place to another. Work may take place in dark, tight, particle-filled spaces and may include working at heights. Regional travel is required, including trips lasting up to two weeks at a time; travel expenses are paid.
Requirements
- Comfortable entering confined spaces, including dark, tight, particle-filled workspaces.
- Comfortable with regional travel involving distance and long-duration project management.
- Class B CDL preferred; additional compensation is given for it.

- Experience with heavy equipment.
- Agricultural knowledge.
- Experience with a vacuum truck.
- Class B CDL.
Responsibilities
