About The Position

LendNation is seeking an energetic, positive, full-time Retail Sales Assistant Manager to work at Branch 0254, located at 509 S Military Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303. The role offers potential for the right candidate and calls for a team player with a mature work ethic, integrity, an achievement-oriented personality, and exceptional customer service skills. The position is Monday through Saturday, and candidates must be available all six days. The ideal candidate must also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating shifts. QCHI (LendNation) is a customer-focused provider of financial solutions, with approximately 230 branches in the United States and online services in the U.S. under the LendNation and 310-Loan brands in Canada. Its services include short-term loans, check cashing, Western Union money services, and bill pay. QCHI has approximately 700 employees across the United States and is headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Cash-handling ability.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Predictable and reliable attendance.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
Must have safe, secure, reliable transportation and maintain auto insurance.
