About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you are part of the leadership team and help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success, and ensure smooth operational support as needed. You support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager in impacting business results and maximizing profitability, and take ownership of an assigned division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Ability to innovate, champion new ideas, navigate uncertainty, and solve problems.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager in driving business results and maximizing profitability.
• Own a designated division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and associate development efforts as needed.
• Help create a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance.
• Lead fit sessions to improve associates' product knowledge and customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into a variety of sales-floor roles as needed.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
