About The Position

The Assistant Manager partners with the store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Manager coaches and develops retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals, with paid training provided to support leadership success. This position earns an annual salary of $57,000 to $85,600, plus up to $18,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Starting salary within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The position is based at 200 5th Ave (aka 1099 Broadway), New York, NY, and has a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
