About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards. This is a hands-on, hourly, non-exempt role that participates in front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team. The position is with Little Caesars, operated by Sizzling Platter LLC, in Spokane Valley, Washington. The role is offered as full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Coach, provide feedback to, and support Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding team members.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Work in front-of-house and back-of-house operational roles as needed to support business demands.
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and operational consistency.
