About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers for its franchise stores in Austin. The role offers paid training and mentorship for a career in the pizza industry, with opportunities to advance to Co-Manager, Co-GM, and GM. Full-time positions are available, with overtime, and employees must be able to work weekends. Starting pay is $15–$18 per hour, with performance-based bonuses of up to $1,000 per month. Cash and credit card tips are paid at the end of every shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of licensed driving history.
Must hold a current, valid U.S. driver’s license.
Must have a safe driving record and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. No more than two moving violations in the past three years; no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
Must have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle capable of frequent short trips, potentially 50–100 or more miles per shift, with current registration.
Must provide proof of current liability auto insurance with their name listed as an insured driver.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 25–50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, work in varying weather, and bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Must have basic math skills for cash handling; be able to read maps or GPS and follow written and verbal instructions; and be proficient with a smartphone for navigation and order apps.
Must have strong customer service and communication skills and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for shifts needed by the store, especially evenings and weekends.
