About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, while also executing the store’s food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and setting a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership.
