About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provides fast, friendly customer service, with regular and predictable onsite attendance. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, cares for customers, and sets an example for the staff through urgency, patience, and leadership.
