About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of operating a Kwik Trip retail and food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking. The Assistant Manager must be willing to work in the kitchen and help maintain a clean, inviting store.

Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours across a five-day workweek and receive time-and-a-half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The role offers opportunities to develop skills for further leadership positions within the company.
