About The Position

Lend Nation is seeking an energetic, positive Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant Manager for Branch 0254 at 509 S Military Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303. The role is a full-time retail sales position for a team player with a mature work ethic, integrity, an achievement-oriented attitude, and exceptional customer service skills. The position operates Monday through Saturday, and candidates must be available all six days. The ideal candidate must also be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and rotating shifts. The position offers steady hours, paid time off, paid holidays, a monthly bonus program, and a potential $500 sign-on bonus. The sign-on bonus is paid in two installments after completion of 90 days and six months of employment.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Cash handling ability.
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and maintained auto insurance.

• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must be available Monday through Saturday, all six days, and willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and rotating shifts.
