Responsibilities

Lead car wash technicians to ensure vehicles are washed to a high standard.
Develop and implement car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
Manage inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and used correctly.
Maintain equipment and ensure it operates efficiently.
Build and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the car wash’s finances, stay within budget, and support profitability.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager to meet business needs.
