About The Position

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, profit and loss statements, and cost control.
- Ability to think quickly and handle challenging situations with grace.
- Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
