About The Position
The Assistant Manager is a member of the restaurant management team and contributes to the success of a restaurant company with 82 locations across Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. The role supports day-to-day restaurant operations while upholding the company’s commitment to high-quality food and service, treating employees with dignity and respect, and providing a safe and healthy workplace. Requirements
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
Responsibilities
- Control day-to-day operations in a team environment.
- Maintain inventory and prepare food orders.
- Follow cash control and security procedures.
- Manage labor.
- Recruit, interview, and hire employees to develop a team.
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
