About The Position
The Assistant Manager helps operate the restaurant day to day and supports the General Manager in ensuring each shift runs smoothly. The role also assists with local store marketing to help achieve sales and profit goals, and supports team members through performance and training initiatives. The position is with Arby’s, part of Inspire Brands. Hourly pay is $17.00–$19.00, with actual pay dependent on factors such as experience, education, training, and location. Eligible hourly team members may receive overtime in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
