About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location. The role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20–60 coworkers; working in the kitchen; maintaining food safety; ordering and inventory control; managing P&Ls; and cleaning and stocking. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours over a five-day workweek and receive time-and-a-half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The position offers a full pay range of $49,301 to $73,951. Actual pay depends on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability.
