About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role includes helping hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide customers with fast, friendly service, and is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.

The role also includes executing the food program, caring for customers, and setting a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers flexible shift availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
