The position involves managing staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedules, store standards and image, customer service, attendance, transportation to and from work, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. It also includes operating equipment, stocking and preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. The work requires standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies and ingredients, moving trays, occasionally climbing stairs or ladders, bending and crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent, forceful use of the forearms and wrists.
