About The Position

Connectivity Source is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager for its T-Mobile retail stores. The role is suited to a goal-oriented, success-driven person interested in progressing to Store Manager. The Assistant Manager provides attentive, friendly service, supports a positive customer experience, demonstrates leadership and communication skills, and leads teammates by example. Training is provided. The position supports store administration, sales and service initiatives, promotional and pricing updates, facility audit compliance, and employee coaching. The posting advertises an average all-in pay range of $17 to $20 per hour with bonuses and spiffs, as well as a $400 new-hire bonus paid under a ramp-up structure. Bonus eligibility excludes promotions and applies to new hires for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions.

Requirements

Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
At least 18 years of age.
Able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
Able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Conduct administrative duties at the store.
Keep promotions and pricing provided to sales teams up to date daily.
Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
Assist the Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed.
