About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and includes executing the food program. The Assistant Manager sets an example for the staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
• Evening availability on weekdays and weekend availability are required.
