About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps oversee Stationstore operations alongside the Store Manager. The role supports hiring, staff supervision, daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while helping maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service. It includes executing the food program, setting a positive example for staff, and demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
