About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic team serving scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with whole ingredients. The role involves restaurant or retail leadership, operational support, and delivering consistent, exemplary customer service. The position requires afternoon and evening availability. Kneaders locations are closed every Sunday and on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

Requirements

At least 1 year of fast-paced restaurant or retail leadership experience.
Ability to attend to compliance with local, state, and federal food-handler and sanitation standards.
Experience meeting operational goals and identifying ways to improve experiences for teams and customers.
Afternoon and evening availability.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies.
