Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk
About The Position
The Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports store operations, team management and development, merchandising, product launches, and efforts to meet or exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The position also involves outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The Assistant Manager coaches retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success. The role is located at the Leesburg Store in Leesburg, Virginia, and is a full-time, onsite office role.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
- Initiative and a focus on creating results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations.
- Assist with merchandising and product launches.
