About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The assistant manager also performs outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership development.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
