About The Position

As a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser, you will help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment. The role works at least 15 hours per week in the store, leading merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team and partnering with store leadership and regional merchandising leaders to carry out visual direction.

The job requires visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing, as well as the ability to climb a ladder and lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store and take the lead on merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top-line sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, with a focus on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
