About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Merchandiser for its Village at Totem Lake store in Kirkland, Washington. The role drives store sales and customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. The Merchandiser works with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to execute visual directives, maintain standards, respond to sales performance, and keep the styling floor and sale area in order. Requirements

• Clear, motivating communication style and strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach and creative problem-solving skills, with solutions that support the brand and customer experience.
• Detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational skills, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience, specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and expand or condense the sale section as needed.
