About The Position

As a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser, you will help drive store sales and customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment. You will lead merchandising tasks in the store and work with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to carry out visual strategies and merchandising directives. The role requires working at least 15 hours per week in the store; the listed schedule range is 15–30 hours per week.

• Retail visual merchandising experience, specifically in women’s clothing.

• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store and take the lead on merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to maintain visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as necessary.
