About The Position

The Part-Time Lead Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The role involves delivering a warm, personal styling experience, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to store sales and goals.

Responsibilities

Act according to EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, bringing warmth and positive energy.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team-style with leaders and peers to provide a strong HEART Styling Experience for all customers.
Support the leadership team with daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Drive results and contribute to store sales generation and goals.
