About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level Assistant Manager in Training to help sustain an organization providing exterior express car wash services. The role operates in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment and supports daily operations, employee training, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance. The position is at an exterior express car wash in Lakeland, Florida.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or another related field.
• At least 2 years of prior staff supervision experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy working outside.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Possess or be willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings, on a varying schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with daily operations as needed.
• Operate equipment, including pay stations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with training and developing employees.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
