About The Position

Auntie Anne’s at Briarwood Mall is hiring an Assistant Manager and a Shift Lead. The Assistant Manager works alongside the Store Manager or in their absence and is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned store. The role focuses on maintaining Auntie Anne’s “Three-Fold Philosophy” while maximizing store profitability and performance.

The Shift Lead directs restaurant operations when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Both roles involve preparing and serving freshly made pretzels and snacks and helping deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Assistant Manager: Management experience in retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment.
• Assistant Manager: Valid driver’s license.
• Assistant Manager: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Shift Lead: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Make dough and roll pretzels from scratch.
• Work and manage daily shifts.
• Recruit and train new team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Work toward store performance and sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Manage stock and inventory levels.
• Direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and snacks.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling during shifts.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
