About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring shift runners and assistant managers for management positions. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same of your crew. The role offers experience and an opportunity to learn skills for advancement to General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
