About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members as assistant managers and shift runners. These roles are described as fun and flexible, with opportunities to gain transferable work experience and advance toward becoming a store General Manager. The company promotes from within, and Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from your crew.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
Excellent customer service skills.
Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee everything that happens during the shift.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
Maintain customer relations.
Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures and expecting the crew to do the same.
