Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older (for Crew Member).
Must be 18 years of age or older (for Shift Leader).
Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment (for Assistant Manager).
A valid driver’s license (for Assistant Manager).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (for Assistant Manager).

Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and specialty beverage products.
Greet customers warmly and take orders with speed, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming storefront and kitchen area.
Oversee team performance, monitor employee breaks, and manage shift scheduling/overtime.
Assist in training, coaching, and welcoming new crew members.
Ensure product quality and customer service remain consistent.
Handle basic shift-reporting and cash-drawer management.
Oversee daily shifts, manage stock/inventory, and work towards store performance goals.
Recruit, onboard, and train new crew members and shift leaders.
Make dough and pretzels from scratch alongside the team while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Maintain strict health, safety, and security standards at all times.
