About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members for shift runner and assistant manager positions. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company offers opportunities to advance toward becoming a store General Manager and promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
