About The Position
Domino's is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers, to oversee store operations during their shifts. The role includes responsibility for cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. Managers are expected to set a positive example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure their crew does the same. The position offers opportunities to learn skills for advancement to General Manager, with the possibility of moving up through the company and becoming a franchisee. Lead Assistant Managers may qualify for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
