About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring shift runners and assistant managers for its management team. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set a positive example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The role offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to become a General Manager, with the possibility of advancing through the company and earning more. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Pay is the applicable California minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
