About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members for assistant manager and shift runner positions. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The role offers opportunities to develop skills for advancement to General Manager, and the company promotes from within. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
