About The Position
Domino's is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role is described as fun and flexible and offers experience and the opportunity to develop skills for advancement to General Manager. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from your crew. The company promotes from within, and Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team-member and food-safety protocols.
- Excellent customer-service skills.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
