About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. These roles work in a fun and flexible company environment and offer experience that can support advancement toward becoming a store General Manager. The company promotes from within, and Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. During each shift, management team members oversee operations and are responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring their crew does the same.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
