About The Position

Domino's is hiring management team members for assistant manager and shift runner positions. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and ensure their crew does the same. The role offers experience and opportunities to advance toward becoming a store General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.

Requirements
