About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role is described as fun and flexible, with opportunities to gain experience and advance within the company. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. Lead Assistant Managers may qualify for performance-based bonuses. The company promotes from within, offering opportunities to advance toward General Manager and potentially franchise ownership. The California pay rate is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
