About The Position

Chestnut Land Company is hiring Assistant Managers and Shift Leads for its Auntie Anne’s location at North Point Mall. The Assistant Manager works alongside the Store Manager or in the manager’s absence, supervising and operating the store while maintaining Auntie Anne’s “Three-Fold Philosophy” and supporting store profitability and performance. The Shift Lead directs restaurant operations when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, ensuring standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Both roles involve preparing and serving Auntie Anne’s pretzels and snacks and supporting day-to-day store operations. Part-time and full-time hours are available. Mall hours mean no late nights or early mornings; the Assistant Manager role requires availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Assistant Manager: Management experience in retail, a restaurant, or another fast-paced environment.
Assistant Manager: Valid driver’s license.
Assistant Manager: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Shift Lead: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Make dough and roll pretzels from scratch.
Work and manage daily shifts.
Recruit and train new team members.
Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
Work toward store performance and sales goals.
Maintain safety and security standards.
Manage stock and inventory levels.
Prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and snacks.
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling during shifts.
Assist with training new employees.
Direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Ensure standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
