Assistant Kitchen Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure consistently high-quality customer service and maintains a clean, inviting store. Kwik Trip is a family-owned Midwest company that has operated since 1965. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
