About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help deliver excellent customer service. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The position also helps ensure the store is clean and inviting and that food safety, sanitation, and service standards are maintained.

This position is at Kwik Trip 961, with variable shifts and primarily second-shift work. The role requires full-time availability for 40 hours per week. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.79, with actual pay determined by qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
