About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program at Kwik Trip 657. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, can respond to changing priorities, and wants to help others. Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift; shifts are variable.
