About The Position
Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Managers for our TRU Hotel location in Manchester’s historic Millyard. Come work for a great New Hampshire company in this fun, fast-paced, and unique location! The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years culinary experience
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production
- Ordering and inventory management
- Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- Safety and sanitation
- Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development
