About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The position is focused on ensuring high-quality customer service every day. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily 2nd shift.
• Great people skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand up to 8–10 hours per day.
